Teenagers一書為OUP Resource Books for Teachers系列之中，唯一一本專為教導ESL及EFL青少年族群的老師們所編寫的教師參考用書。

▌書中所提供的活動，除了一般青少年感興趣的主題，如流行音樂、時尚、運動外，作者更加入了一些探討心理層面的題材，如自信心、同儕壓力、兩性關係、道德、批判思考等，透過這些活動讓幫助青少年自我了解個人特質。

▌本書透過各樣的學習活動，幫助學習者留意語文是如何使用，並培養他們具創造力的思考與解答技巧。


▌全書共分成三大部份「Language-awareness activities」、「Creative and critical think tasks」、「Teenager Topics」，每部份皆有19到23個活動不等，每項活動之前皆詳述活動所需時間、學生適合級數及教學目的。
