親朋好友都拒絕接受我其實很內向的事實，雖然也稱不上高敏或社恐，在眾人面前說話我總雙頰發熱，社交場合會感到精神耗弱，沒有必要的時候我選擇聆聽而非發言，比起與人共處更傾向沈溺在自己的世界。「蛋黃上學後妳會不會很無聊？」、「妳有沒有新交一些媽媽友？」是我移居日本後常常被問到的問題，我當然不是不需要朋友，也絕非甘於無所事事，老實說我的煩惱只有時間不夠用，遠遠感受不到寂寞。作為一個母親也許還很嫩，作為自己已年屆不惑，我深刻體會到自己在成長的過程於外覓得了數根心靈支柱，支持我於內尋求自我富足：理解而愛我的人、我理解而愛的事物、對自己的理解與愛。
