Thimbletack is angry. His quiet home has been turned upside down, invaded by several noisy, troublesome creatures - a family, in fact, known as the Graces. The one who's causing the most trouble is a boy named Jared. 

And when Jared takes the book that Thimbletack has spent his whole life guarding, the house brownie decides that it's time to take action.
